【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthedissolvedresidualmatterinliquefiedpetroleumgases(LPG),intherangeof40mg/kgto100mg/kg.Higherconcentrationscanbedeterminedbyadjustingthesamplesize.Thedissolvedresidueistheamountoforganiccompoundsthataredetectablebygaschromatographyafterevaporationofthesampleatambienttemperatureandtheninanovenat105℃.Thismethodisnotsuitablefordetectingsolidmaterialsorforpossiblyhighmolecularweightpolymers(>1000g/mol).TheadvantagesofthismethodarethatasmallquantityofLPG(50gto75g)isrequiredandthequalitativedataavailablemayindicatetheoriginoftheresidues(gas-oil,lubricants,plasticizers,etc.).ThismethodhasbeendevelopedasapotentialreplacementofthecommonlyusedmethoddescribedinENISO13757[1],butissaferandmoreenvironmentallyfriendly.Inaddition,thisnewmethodismoreaccurate.Theprecisiondataofthemethodhavebeendeterminedfrom20mg/kgto100mg/kg.Forahighercontentofresidue,theprecisionhasnotbeentested,butremainsoflesserinterestastypicalspecificationsareintherangeof20mg/kgto100mg/kg.NOTEAnalternativeEuropeanStandard,EN15471[2],specifiesagravimetricmethod,whichhasthesamescopeandslightlyworstfidelitydata.
