【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesstandardizedrequirementsforsampling,molding,curing,andtestinglightweightinsulatingconcretesforthepurposeofdeterminingcompliancewithcompressivestrengthanddensityspecifications.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthepreparationofspecimensandthedeterminationofthecompressivestrengthoflightweightinsulatingconcretehavinganoven-drydensitynotexceeding50lb/ft3(800kg/m3)asdeterminedbytheproceduresdescribedherein.Thistestmethodcoversthepreparationandtestingofmolded3by6-in.(75by150-mm)cylinders.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
